Where did your name come from?

I am not sure why my parents decided to call me Jesper as so far I know, no people in my family is name like that, but maybe that is the answer, they were looking for a name which was not used a lot. As for Jesper itself it comes from Jasper which is some kind of gemstone while it is also one of the wise men’s name. A bit more recent we have the Danish football player Jesper Olsen which played for the wrong team Manchester United, I am Manchester City fan, and scored a own goal so the joke in Denmark is that Jesper is a bad pass to your goalkeeper hahahaha
